When can I expect my order?

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Do you order on a working day before 8:00 PM? Then we will ship your parcel the same day. You will usually receive it within 1 to 2 working days.

Do you order before Saturday afternoon? Then you will receive your parcel on Monday.

Do you order on Sunday? Then we will prepare your order for shipment on Monday. You can expect your parcel on Tuesday.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

That depends on your order value and your country. Here is an overview:

Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders from €30. If your order is under €30, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

Germany: Free shipping on orders from €30. For orders under €30, you pay €4.95 shipping costs.

France: For orders to France, we charge €7.95 shipping costs.

Austria: Free shipping on orders from €50. For orders between €30 and €49.99, you pay €7.95. For orders under €30, you pay €9.95 shipping costs.

Which carrier do you use?

Our parcels are shipped with DHL and FedEx. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a note with information about a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the parcel.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL or FedEx parcel.
